We recommend you take two capsules of Routine Wellness Hair Supplement everyday at the same time with food. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, or a one-month supply. We recommend you take the capsules with food at the same time everyday. The only other suggestion we have is that you store the bottle out of direct sunlight.
